This is shockingly amazing! I love Enchant Fairy Emilie autumn one, and the Going Under one with the picture of Amy with the black wings! So dark and haunting! Surprised

It's called a motion blur.
You have to make a duplicate of your text, and use the bottom/original text and blur it.
I'm sure it's under the blur cat. on whatever program you use.
